Customer Control Plane (CCP)

.md

The CCP (apps/dewee-app/) is an Astro 6 application running on Cloudflare Workers (and Node.js for self-hosted).

  • Workspace Navigation: Multi-tenant workspace switcher, member roles, and invite links.
  • Billing & Subscriptions: Polar.sh checkout integration and quota monitoring (/billing).
  • Team Collaboration: Shared task boards and inter-agent delegation links.
  • Customer API Keys: Self-service scoped API key generation (/api-keys).

A new workspace is set up in a conversation on its overview page instead of a form wizard:

  1. Goal first. You say what you want the workspace to do, then whether you already pay for an AI subscription.
  2. Review the plan. Dewee proposes the smallest plan for that goal. Approve the essential steps or all of them; you can come back later and the conversation resumes where it stopped.
  3. Connect securely. API keys and tokens go into a secure card field. They are stored encrypted and never shown to the agent, which only receives a reference to the stored credential.
  4. Test every connection. Each provider, channel or tool is checked before its step counts as done.
  5. Continue with your Super Agent. Once the model works, your Super Agent takes over the same conversation with your goal and plan, and asks for anything else with cards.

After setup, ask your Super Agent in chat to connect another provider (for example “connect a new Anthropic provider with the official API”). It opens the same secure key card, tests the connection and then offers the provider’s models. Never paste a key into the chat: the agent will refuse it and ask you to rotate it.

If you manage providers, the Super Agent chat also has a Connect provider securely button. It opens the same form as the Providers page, tests the key before saving it, and then offers to tell your Super Agent, without the key, so the conversation can continue. Cards that other agents use to ask for a credential stay in the conversation after a reload.

The Super Agent cannot approve its own plan or answer its own cards. Changes that grant credentials, install packages, activate channels, send externally or delete something wait for your approval in the chat or on the approvals page. Prefer forms? Use Set up manually. Everything in the conversation also works from the CLI (dewee workspace-setup).
