Organize agents into collaborative teams (`internal/orchestration/`) with 3 delegation modes:

1. **Auto:** Router selects the most capable agent based on capabilities and token availability.
2. **Explicit:** Fixed workflow DAG defined in team settings.
3. **Manual:** User prompts explicitly specify target subagents.
